Compiled and printed under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior, in pursuance of the fourth section of the act of Congress of March 2, 1861, entitled "An act to amend an act approved february 5, 1859, entitled, "An act providing for keeping and distributing all public documents, and for other purposes."
